Start-Up Process 04 Start-Up Process
During the initial Sales Phase, we create sketches of your custom home. Then, the sketches are reconciled with the floor plan and a set of preliminary sketches is created in CAD. We will review the drawings to go over any changes you may want to include, we call these changes "Redline Changes". After all the revisions are done and there are no more redline changes, the drawings are made into a Permit Set which is submitted to the county for permit approval.
