The steps are:

  1. Determine a budget
  2. Meet with Stanley Martin Custom Homes to determine a floor plan, preliminary pricing, and site work cost
  3. Then, browse our design studio
  4. At that point, we will have a site visit to look for any other factors that may affect construction
  5. We then verify financing
  6. And confirm there are no other restrictions that will interfere with building the home you want to build
  7. Then, we begin the permitting process
  8. And you will start to make your interior design selections for your new home.
